為何戇？何以戇？
從古至今都有人以XX齋，XX號，XX居作為自己齋號的一個代稱，因此想了一個比較有意思，又不失有樂趣的名字，【戇居】作為自己工作室的名字。
「戇居」，聽起來就是一種用來嘲笑別人傻的貶義詞，但卻同時有一種替別人不值的感覺在內。以戇自居，就是對自己的一種自嘲。笑自己喜歡的都在常人眼中視為『退休生活興趣』或『搵唔到錢』。
然而，想起塔羅牌裏的第一張牌－愚人（The Fool）就是抱著一顆愚人之心，在危機四伏的環境下還是大無畏的前進，這樣的行為，我稱之為戇，明知有困難仍不顧身世的往目標進發。這兩個字「戇居」則希望提醒自己能保持著這顆愚人之心，從陶藝和種植中找到自己的一條路，一個的戇「居」。
From ancient Chinese culture til nowadays, people name their studio as xxx-house, since I call myself a fool, so why not called it a “Fool’s house”?
“Fool” sounds like a derogatory term to mock at people, but there is also a sense of empathy in it. Calling myself a fool is a mock to myself, mocking at the things I love to do are mostly retirement hobbies or couldn't earn much profit.
At the same time, the first card in Tarot deck, “The Fool” pops-up in my mind. The fool in this card despite how the world looks around him, still charging forward to the challenge he accepted, and this is a fool’s act I called, evening knowing there would be difficulties still go straight forward. The “Fool’s house” will remind me to stay with the fool’s spirit, find my path in ceramics and plants, and my own “Fool’s house”.
「Ngong6Zik6戇植」源自於「Ngong6Geoi1戇居」，一個希望用以分享自己種植經驗的平台。
種植的樂趣是在於種植的過程中收穫的成果，滿足感。看着植物一天一天的長大那份生命力同時也影響着自己的生命。
慨嘆城市人今時今日的生活已經太沈重，然而在大部份人眼中在城市裏種植似乎是一個戇直的想法。
作為一位種植之人，也是一位情緒病病人，透過種植身心都得到治愈，希望透過在這裏分享種植不同植物的經驗，宣揚種植的樂趣及好處，從而帶給大家一個容許自己「戇植」地生活的體驗！
The fun in planting is always in its process and results. Watching your plants growing every day, our life has also been cheered-up by theirs.
To face the hustle and bustle in the city, most people just couldn’t find their way out, planting in the city to most of them seems like a fool’s act.
As a planter, also a patient suffers from anxiety and depressive disorder, I heal myself through plants. Hoping to share my experiences with gardening, to promote the fun and benefits of planting, bringing people to live a “Fool’s planting life”!
